Don’t Book these Cruise Cabins- You’ll Regret It!
1. Avoid Front of Ship Cabins
Cabins at the front of the ship tend to be rocky in choppy waters. Don’t book these cabins if you are prone to seasickness. Trust me, you’ll feel every single wave.
2. Avoid Cabins under the pool
Cabins under the pool deck. These rooms can be incredibly noisy, especially late at night or early in the morning when crew members are dragging chairs and setting up for the day.
3. Avoid Cabins Under the Sports Courts and Jogging Track
Unless you want to hear balls bouncing or footsteps pounding above your head, steer clear of cabins under the sports courts and jogging track. It’s like trying to sleep under a playground.
4. Avoid Cabins Above the Theater and Lounge
If you’re a light sleeper, do not book a room above the theater, bars, or piano lounge. The music, talking, and late-night partying will travel straight into your cabin.
5. Adjoining Cabins (Unless You’re Booking Both)
The walls between connecting cabins are thinner than usual. If you’re not traveling with the people next door, you’ll hear their conversations, alarms, and even bathroom sounds.
6. Cabins Above the Casino
Casinos are fun—until you’re trying to sleep and all you can hear is the constant ding of slot machines and people laughing until midnight or later. If sleep matters to you, don’t book cabins above the casino.
