Aside from skiing, there are also a lot of family friendly activities at Stratton. Your kids can ride child-sized snowmobiles- book a 10 minute joy ride or a 25 minutes guided snowmobile tour. At night, take the kids tubing at Stratton’s tube park featuring 4 lanes, lift-serviced with a warming hut. You can also go ice skating with the kids at the outdoor ice skating rink located in the middle of the commons just across the street from the Village. The ski school at Smuggler’s Notch starts at 2 and a half years old! They even have ski school programming for teens as old as 20 years old! Aside from skiing, there are a lot of family friendly activities at Smugglers Notch. There is tubing, ice skating and even a 26,000 square feet Fun Zone complete with arcade and laser tag. Okemo is a family friendly ski resort in Vermont. The ski school at Okemo is excellent. They take kids as young as 3 years old all the way up to 14 years old in the ski school at Okemo. If you have a little one, Okemo has childcare for kids 6 months old to 4 years old and also Kids Night Out for kids. And since Okemo is part of Vail resorts, if you have Epic passes for the family, you will save on ski lessons and childcare for the kids. After skiing at Okemo, you can take the kids tubing, ice skating or swim in the indoor pool. Okemo is definitely a family friendly ski resort in Vermont.
